NVIDIA Reflex
Reflex is the most mature of the three: the widest game support, the most independent latency testing, and two modes. “On” trims the render queue; “On + Boost” additionally keeps the GPU clocks up in CPU-bound moments to shave a little more, at the cost of some power and heat. AMD Anti-Lag 2

Intel XeLL
XeLL (Xe Low Latency) is Intel’s entry, built into the Arc GPU low-latency and XeSS stack. It works the same way — trimming the render queue on Arc cards — and is a genuine reason to enable the feature when a supported game offers it. The catch is coverage: XeLL is the newest of the three, so it appears in the fewest titles today. Where it’s present on Arc, turn it on.
Which should you use?
There’s no cross-shopping here — you use the one your GPU supports:
- GeForce → enable Reflex (“On”, or “On + Boost” with headroom).
- Radeon → enable Anti-Lag 2.
- Arc → enable XeLL.
All three are free, safe with anti-cheat, and cost you nothing in FPS or image quality, so leave them on in every game that offers them.
