Every change is made through documented Windows APIs (registry values, power-plan settings, display/EDID and GPU driver calls), which is the same class of change as adjusting Windows Settings or your GPU control panel yourself.

Yes. Stretched and custom resolution with full-panel GPU scaling works on NVIDIA, AMD and Intel. Timer resolution, the tweak catalog, the latency monitor and the Advisor are GPU-agnostic and work on any supported machine. The one known gap is custom-resolution creation on some hybrid laptops where the integrated GPU owns the panel.

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until you cancel. If it isn't for you, there's a full refund within 14 days of any payment.

Open the billing portal, enter the email you bought with, and Stripe sends you a link to cancel, update your card or download invoices. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep Pro until then. You can also reply to your licence email and we will cancel it for you.

Tier1Suite goes back to the free version the next time it checks your licence, and everything free keeps working. If a renewal payment fails we keep your Pro active for a 7-day grace period while the payment is retried, and if it then succeeds the same key works again with nothing to re-enter. A lifetime licence never expires.

Install Tier1Suite: it contains both of them in full, free, and is where all new work now goes. You do not have to uninstall the standalone versions first — they can sit alongside the suite — but there is no reason to keep both. If you bought Tier1Stretch Pro, that licence key activates Tier1Suite Pro at no extra cost; you will never be asked to pay twice for the same features.
