What you'd be recommending
Tier1Suite is free to download, with no account and no trial: timer resolution, stretched resolution, Windows tweaks with restore points and a PC Checkup in one signed installer. Pro is an optional upgrade that adds the rest of the tweak catalog, the measurement tools, unlimited per-game profiles and a watchdog that re-applies settings Windows resets. Free installs are what bring people in; you earn when they upgrade.
| Pro plan | Price | You earn |
|---|---|---|

| Annual | $34.99/year | $10.49 for the year |

Questions
Do I need a big audience?
No. A focused PC-gaming blog, a YouTube channel that covers settings or performance, a Discord server or a newsletter all work. We look at whether your audience plays competitive games on Windows PCs, not at follower counts.
What if someone downloads the free version first and upgrades later?
You still get credit if they buy in the same browser within 60 days of clicking your link. Tier1Suite opens the pricing page in the browser when someone upgrades from inside the app, so the referral carries over.
Do I earn on renewals?
Yes. Monthly and annual subscribers you refer earn you 30% of every payment they make for 12 months from their first purchase.
Can I give my audience a discount code?
Not yet. Your link gives them the normal price. If you'd like a code for a launch or a review, email us.
Can I get Pro to review it?
Yes. Once you're approved, reply to your welcome email and we'll send you a Pro key for testing.
Program terms
By applying you agree to these terms. Last updated 6 November 2026.
Commission
- You earn 30% of each Tier1Suite Pro payment made by a customer you refer, excluding tax, for 12 months from that customer's first purchase. A lifetime purchase earns 30% once.
- A sale is yours when the buyer clicked your link in the same browser within 60 days before buying and didn't click another partner's link after yours. We can't credit purchases we can't attribute, such as a buyer who cleared their browser data or bought on another device.
- Purchases you make yourself, or that your own household or business makes, don't earn commission.
Payouts
- A commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment it came from. Refunded or disputed payments earn nothing. A refund after we've paid you is deducted from your next payout.
- We pay by PayPal once a month when your payable balance is $25 or more. Smaller balances carry over.
- You're responsible for any tax on what you earn. We may ask for a tax form (such as a W-9 or W-8BEN) before paying.
How you promote
- Disclose that you earn a commission, clearly and near the link, as the FTC's Endorsement Guides and similar rules elsewhere require.
- Describe Tier1Suite honestly. Don't promise specific FPS gains, claim it's endorsed by a game developer or anti-cheat vendor, or invent discounts or "limited time" offers.
- Don't bid on our names (Tier1Settings, Tier1Suite, Tier1Timer, Tier1Stretch) or misspellings of them in paid search, and don't run ads that look like ours.
- No spam: no unsolicited email or DMs, and no posting links where a community's rules don't allow them.
- Don't pay or reward people to install or buy, and don't pretend to be Tier1Settings.
Changes and ending
- We may change these terms or the rates with 30 days' notice by email. Changes never reduce commission you've already earned.
- Either of us can end the partnership at any time. We pay commission earned before the end once it becomes payable.
- If you break these terms we may suspend your account and withhold commission from the traffic that broke them.
